Which Job Shall I take: Business Analyst HSBC or Internship State Street Global Advisers?

I’m currently a final year economics student at university and have been offered two roles:
the first role is a business analyst role in HSBC; the job is permanent.
the second role is a summer internship programme in a busy compliance department at State Street Global Advisers.
I am planning to do the CFA level 1 in December. I’m unsure on which role would be best suited for my future career, I know I’d really enjoy the compliance internship, however, the business analyst position is a permanent position with a full salary. However I’m not sure how easily i’d be able to switch from commercial banking to investment banking etc.I know the commercial banking division is a lower salary, but are there better opportunities after completing a compliance internship?

Hi, do you have any advice for the HSBC AC? Thanks so much
