What's CA qualification

Hi guys.
I got confused about the CA qualification. In a job description of PwC assurance, it stated that “You’ll study towards the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). The CA is your first step to becoming a chartered accountant.” But I think that the qualification associated with ICAEW should be ACA and CA should be rewarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. So, could anyone kindly clarify it for me. I got totally confused…

Thanks a lot

Isn’t CA Certified Auditor - a title you get with the ACA?

I’m pretty sure CA and ACA are the same thing
