I am looking to understand where most people are falling down in the recruitment processes for graduate positions so I can tailor my sessions further.
I’m an experienced graduate recruiter who runs Gradia, a company offering CV, interview and assessment techniques to students and graduates. I have a high success rate but to ensure I stay that way, I’d be keen to know what stage of the process people are falling down at and if you have been given any wishy washy feedback that needs deciphering. With this information, I can incorporate advice on how best to overcome the issues, in my sessions.
Thanks in advance everyone!
