I am preparing for an interview and may be asked something along the questions below, but am finding it difficult thinking of suitable answers. To be more specific i dont know what they are looking for in the answers to these questions.
How have you effectively managed relationships across a business taking into account varying view points and priorities?
In the past how have you scoped a project that had an impact on others? (what do they mean by the word scoped??)
