What does everyone think of the government’s recent StartUp Britain (startupbritain.org) scheme for those looking to start their own business? The schemes brought a lot of controversy. Some people are writing it off, others think it’s a great idea.
Basically, the website will feature advice and information about setting up a business. It’s also backed by huge companies that offer things like discounts on their services. Some of the perks involve 10% off HP products, free broadband for a month and experian sharing a ‘customer database’ to give you a head-start reaching your customers.
Anyone here thinking/or have ever though of running a business? Do you think the scheme will help startups?
