Dear friends,
I applied for PWC junior consultant`s position and for the first thing, I am asked to write an essay on the following topic:
a client is not sure if his/her company is good at managing its internal processes, and therefore is considering outsourcing certain operations. However, the client knows that outsourcing has also many disadvantages.
Now, I am supposed to create an overview, or an analysis of outsourcing (strengths and weaknesses) for a client to convince him/her to sign a consultation agreement with PWC.

I must admit I have never created such document. Any tips for finding the relevant information and presenting it in such a way that PWC would see it as valuable?
