Learning a new language while studying for ACA

Hi, Im due to start an ACA placement in November. I would like to also begin learning another language (almost certainly Japanese) at a weekly class on an evening or Saturday morning. Is this a reasonable expectation or will it be too difficult to study for anything other than the ACA? Although the work required for a language course will be minimal compared to ACA study, I wanted to know what people thought about this idea.

Many thanks

It won’t be possible at all during exam periods/block release but at other times it might be possible

If you aren’t in a hurry get your exams out of the way and at the end of the 2nd year do an accelerated course in the language
