Investment Banking Associate Programme - Masters or no masters?

I am looking at the associate programmes for front office roles in Investment Banking and they all require a masters or equivalent and 3-5 years work experience.
I have no masters but I have worked for 4 years in PwC and have a degree in Accounting and Finance and have qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
Is this considered equivalent to a masters, or should I get a masters before applying?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Andrew,

The ACA is a professional qualification and so 9 times out of 10 is considered equivalent (or higher than) a masters degree. Alongside your 4 years at PwC I think you are well equipped to apply! Assuming you give strong explanations for your route up until now.

Good luck!
