Hsbc Pcco Customer Service Advisor Telephone Interview


Hey Everybody…

I’ve got a telephone interview with HSBC next week… I’ve got a rough idea what will be asked in the interview, so that is not what I’m asking…

It is… What does “PCCO” actually mean? I even asked the recruitment lady when i arrange my interview, she said she didn’t know! I’ve tried trawling around the internet, still nothing!

This is the description for the role on the HSBC website:

Just wondering if its call centre based? Ringing up customers? E.t.c
