I’ve got a telephone interview with HSBC next week… I’ve got a rough idea what will be asked in the interview, so that is not what I’m asking…
It is… What does “PCCO” actually mean? I even asked the recruitment lady when i arrange my interview, she said she didn’t know! I’ve tried trawling around the internet, still nothing!
This is the description for the role on the HSBC website:
Could you provide the high-quality service our internal and external customers have come to expect? We’re looking for confident, outgoing individuals who can quickly establish rapport with customers and build lasting relationships. If you enjoy working in a team environment and want to gain new skills and knowledge, we’d love to hear from you. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll: Handle often complex queries, Carry out a variety of administrative tasks, Ask intelligent questions and actively listen to provide solutions.
Just wondering if its call centre based? Ringing up customers? E.t.c
Thanks in advance if anyone can shed any light on this!
