Just a quick one regarding experienced hire entry into Grant Thornton. I have an interview with GT next week for a role in corporate recovery, however cannot find any information at all about experienced hire interviews, only graduate entry. Does anyone have any experience of this, if so what can I expect? Is it competency based still, or will it be more tailored to what I know about the position and what skills I can transfer from my current job?
Also trying to find out what Competencies GT usually test on to be prepared.
