I’m a Japanese national currently studying Economics at LSE and considering my options post-university. I’m looking at options within Deutsche Bank, J.P.Morgan and Standard Chartered, in both the UK and Japan. I noticed the Standard Chartered Corporate Finance International Graduate Programme on WikiJob and was wondering if anyone here had any experience working for them, working in Japan, or both?
If you’ve worked for a bank in Japan, or Japan and the UK if you could tell me the differences (culturally, work/life balance, career prospects) I would be really thankful. Of my friends only a small number are considering similar positions so I’m finding it hard to find out the answers to my questions!
