Why are you interested in the position and how can you make a difference?
A very important and common question. One that should be answered from the heart - why do you really want the job/career. You need to show the interviewer you have a sincere and long term interest in that role in particular. As for making a difference, good research into the employer and the role and applying some of your positive personality traits as answers may help. If its a leadership role then how will you lead, how will you influence those below you and what will you deliver to the employer as you move up the ladder. Good luck!
