Ernst and Young: Executive (FS Performance Improvement) - Assessment Day



I have an assessment center coming up with Ernst and Young for a role of an Executive within Financial Services Performance Improvement in late November. The Assessment center will involve (2 x 1 hour interviews, group exercise, presentation, partner interview).

I would be grateful if someone who has recently been for an assessment day, advise what the interviews would involve and what the group exercise be about? What was the topic of the group exercise?
Also will the presentation have to be given by the whole group or individually?
What did the partner interview involve?
What sort of questions could be expected in the interviews?
