CUSTOMER FOCUS - competency based telephone interview


I am asked for competency based telephone interview & the one of the questions asked is CUSTOMER FOCUS ?? I want to know what I have to answer, which areas to cover etc. Finally I dun have work experience with dealing with customers. So, I want a answer ( rather story- situation, ur role, result & feedback) on customer focus if anyone has any or (work) experience.
Plus cany anyone recommend me any idea to answer that since I dun have any work experiece in dealing customers.
