Competency Interview - Accountancy firms - help!

I’ve got an interview coming up with an accountancy firm and I’m really worried!

I’ve read on here about competency interviews, but I’m not sure how it works in the actual interview. Does the interviewer just sit there and ask ‘can you give me two examples of when you were organised’ …’ can you give me an example of when you worked in a team’? Or, do they ask general questions and weave in the competency questions? So, ‘can you tell me what it was about organisation that led you to become a prefect?’, or ‘how did you use your team skills when you were at university in the x club?’

Surely if it was the former, everyone would just come on here and prepare in advance.

I’ve only just passed the entrance criteria and really need to do well in the interview.
